When children were forced to acclimate from in-person learning to online learning, the founders of Monster Education set out to fill the extra time their kids now had after school ending with enrichment courses.

I worked alongside the founders to create an encompassing strategy that gradually brought them out of their “word of mouth” marketing phase. The end goal was to grow credibility and reach beyond their current regional focus. We strategized the brand from start to finish. With a limited advertising budget, I spent most of my time growing a following amongst “Mom groups” on Facebook to get the ball rolling. Then, we worked with videographers to create educational content to share on social, resulting in viral videos among private groups. Growing the brand from 0 to 27 subscribed students in just under 45 days.
