As an Acquisition Analyst, I was tasked with the duty of collecting due diligence and strategically analyzing potential properties for acquisition. I worked closely with the Director of Acquisitions and championed the successful purchase of RHW’s first and only property acquisition of 2019.

Consisting of 3 DTC brands under one parent company, Very Great sought to increase their monthly revenue generated through the email and SMS channels, to offset the challenges each brand faced through paid channels. I worked with our data analyst to strategize and execute segmented promotions based on each individual customer’s journey and purchasing behavior. This resulted in a healthy increase in monthly repeat customers across all brands, with one of the brands achieving repeat customer purchases of nearly 50% of monthly revenue.

During my time at Greenhouse Agency, I noticed the client acquisition process was taking weeks from the time a prospective client showed interest, to when the client was fully onboarded. I launched a strategy to streamline and optimize the client acquisition and onboarding process through the use of innovative cloud-based processes. This strategy decreased the acquisition processing time by 85% by optimizing an outdated client acquisition process.

Ayumi Lewis Group - Coldwell Banker Global Luxury

As the Marketing Manager at Ayumi Lewis Group, I am responsible for the creation of all marketing collateral from the moment we get the listing, to the day it closes. Luckily, the brokerage provided a design group for complex brochures and flyers, but most collateral is created on InDesign. In 2021, we closed over $100m in sales with our small but mighty team with a majority of listings coming from marketing door-drops and ads.

I brought Specialty Restaurants up to speed with Social Media trends, started paid digital ads, and began to grow their reach through organic SEO. They benefitted from segmented email marketing, integrating our Sales team with Marketo to create drip campaigns, targeted paid advertising, thorough tracking and analysis of marketing efforts, and modern technology to improve the efficiency of processes.
